Here is some awesome news for one of our Asian Australian peeps nailing it in Hollywood. If you haven’t heard of him, you will now: JOHN HARLAN KIM has been cast in Denzel Washington’s crime thriller “The Little Things”. Kim will play a rookie cop and will star alongside Denzel Washington who plays a burned-out Kern County, Calif. deputy sheriff named Deke, Rami Malek who plays a detective and Jared Leto who plays a serial killer on the loose.
For all the Asian Aussies, Kim is known for his recurring role in “Neighbours” as Dale ‘Macca’ McGregor from 2009 – 2011 and in the US TNT series “The Librarians” as Ezekiel Jones (main role) from 2014 – 2018. So, yes he is an accomplished Asian Australian and someone to be proud of.
We are definitely looking forward to seeing Kim’s journey flourishing and will reach out to him for an interview very soon! More to come on this.
